Makeneworleanshome.com is a non-profit organization that is hosting Lights Out Nola on March 28th, 2008. This event will be an outdoor movie viewing that is free and open to the public and we encourage family and neighborhood participation.
In recognizing the need for New Orleans to provide more diversified and family-friendly recreational activities, MakeNewOrleansHome.com is presenting Lights Out Nola. The first outdoor movie screening will take place on March 28th at the Audubon Riverview Park. This event will be free and open to the public and will encourage neighborhood participation.
We will market this event to a wide demographic and encourage diversity of participation. This is an opportunity for our organization and our sponsors to give back to the community and to thank people for choosing to make New Orleans their home. This is an event that the whole city can benefit from. The location of this event will be along the Mississippi river at the Audubon Riverview park.
